【卿惠博士的短自傳】
卿惠博士擁有在台灣再生能源政策分析領域裡，10年以上的學術研究經歷，及在國際永續城市組織ICLEI-Local Goverments for Sustainability中又累積了10年的寶貴實務經驗。
卿惠博士過去20年，持續深耕氣候變遷和永續發展領域，並積極與時俱進，對氣候減緩、調適、企業碳規則、碳關稅、碳抵消、碳交易和碳資產管理等領域皆有涉獵。
近年，卿惠博士開始在網路推廣上述主題、進行線上教學、積極從事綠色人才和未來永續長的培養，是台灣目前知名淨零、碳管理和氣候變遷領域的自媒體代表。
With 10 years in academic research in Analysis of the Renewable Energy Policies in Taiwan and another 10 years of experience in ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability, coordinating climate actions and sustainable urban logistics and mobility projects for local governments in Taiwan, and working with sustainable leading cities in East Asia and over the world, Dr. Chinghui are fully capable of all forms of collaboration and coordination.
As an individual who has addicted to climate change and sustainability for more than 20 years, Dr. Chinghui always keeps herself updated and also has comprehensive understanding for fields of climate mitigation, adaptation, carbon neutral for SMES, carbon offsetting and carbon asset management. In recent years, Dr. Chinghui has started to promote these topics, conduct online teaching and cultivate green talents to be the future CSOs (chief sustainability officer) as a whole.
Dr. Chinghui is currently a well-known self-media representative in the fields of net zero, carbon management and climate change in Taiwan.
